A Church Serving Shenandoah County

Finding a faithful, biblical church home shouldn’t be limited by municipal borders. While Reasoning Tree Church physically gathers just south of historic Edinburg, our congregation is a regional community. We are a church home for families traveling from all corners of the Shenandoah Valley who desire deep expository preaching, historic Christian fellowship, and intergenerational worship.

Conveniently Located in the Heart of the Valley

Our church sits directly on Route 11 (Old Valley Pike), making it an easy, straightforward drive for families commuting along the county’s central artery or via Interstate 81. We purposely gather at 10:30 AM on Sunday mornings to accommodate families traveling from neighboring communities.

Regional Community Impact: Roots Homeschool Co-op

We believe the local church should actively support and build up Christian families across our region. To serve the growing classical and Christian homeschooling community throughout the Shenandoah Valley, we host the Roots Homeschool Co-op.

  • A True County-Wide Resource: Roots draws homeschooling families from Woodstock, Edinburg, and Mount Jackson for shared learning, parent support, and deep encouragement.
  • Completely Free of Cost: In obedience to our call to serve the body of Christ locally, we host this resource completely free of charge to participating families.
  • Monthly Structure: Designed to supplement, not overwhelm, your existing home curriculum with rich fellowship and group interactions.

You do not need to be a formal member of Reasoning Tree Church to participate in our homeschool co-op. We openly welcome any home-educating families within the county looking for a gospel-centered support structure.

Join Us This Coming Lord’s Day

Whether you live in Woodstock, Mount Jackson, Strasburg, or right down the road in Edinburg, your family has a place here. We gather every Sunday at 10:30 AM and Wednesday evenings at 7:00 PM.
